About Suzuki-Marketing Incorporated |
Suzuki-Marketing Incorporated was founded in 2004, by Yuko Suzuki, with the purpose of exporting and marketing fine wines to the Asia-Pacific region. The company also provides marketing and communications services to a number of companies in the US and Japan.
As the company grew, opportunities arose to broaden its offerings. Suzuki-Marketing began to receive inquiries about exporting other beverages from the US to Japan — and importing products from Japan to the US. The company's exports include now include bourbon as well as wine. On the import side, the company brings in Japanese sake, whisky and shochu. |

Lala is the official Suzuki-Marketing mascot. She travels with us whenever possible, and gets in all sorts of adventures. Here she is, in Tokyo, with Godzilla.
She doesn't look nervous at all. |

Training is everything. We regularly travel to Asia to train somelliers, sales people, and distributors. In addition, our distributors regularly send their people to the US. In this photo, our friends from Watson's Wine Cellar, Hong Kong, are visiting Williams Selyem, in Sonoma. |
Our first visit to Iwate Meijo Sake Brewery, Oshu-city, Iwate, Japan. We're proud to be importing this fine sake. L-R: Masahiko Suzuki, Richard Bischoff, Junya Oikawa, TK |

This was a wine event for TK, in Kyoto. This is Yuko teaching a geisha about wine. |
Chiba, Japan Food Expo. We went there to support our distributor and talk about wine. Richard was lucky enough to have an artist draw him "on the job." |

Customer Support is a huge part of the brand-building process. We visit Asia regularly in order to support our distributors, train sales staff, and strategize with our partners. It's an on-going process. We're fortunate to work with great people "from grape to glass." This was taken at Il Pinolo, Yokahama, Japan. |
